Nominations are now open for the 2024 Australian Elite Boxing Championships
The Championships are open to boxers in the Elite Category that have met the following criteria:
10 Bouts for males
7 Bouts for females
Please note that nomination is not a guarantee of selection.
Nominations must include all mandatory documentation (including
Current Serology
Release to compete with orthodontic braces - if required
Release to compete with soft contact lenses - if required
Copy of the Blue book page relating to annual medical
Copy of the Blue book pages showing number of bouts a boxer has competed in.
Team Uniform is required, however there is no need for the athletes to order new kit each year if they already have the items and if you have your own fight kit.
No boxer is to wear boxing gear (shorts and/or singlet) that identifies them as a representative or former representative of Australia in international competitions.
All boxers must be in possession of a red and blue competition singlets, shorts/skorts and undergarments in accordance with the corner they have drawn for a bout, wear the corresponding coloured singlet and shorts/skorts on which the emblem of a Member Association may be worn. In addition to this, sponsor advertising may be displayed on competition singlets. The belt line of any shorts and/or skort must be indicated in white.

Sizes for OneSport are a half-chest measurement (lay a shirt flat and measure the width across the shirt from just under the armpits) and half-waist measurement (lay a set of trousers flat and measure the width of the waist band). Comparing it with the usual M,L,XL can be a bit hit and miss.
