We’ll be commencing the year with a weekend training camp at the AIS to prepare boxers that intend to compete throughout the year ahead. The camp will be run on 4-5 February from 8:30 – 4:30. All competition boxers and coaches are invited to intend with sessions split into several groups based on experience and ability.

The camp will include sessions on strength and conditioning, track work, technical drills and partner work. Between physical sessions, the day will include education sessions on topics including technical regulations, nutrition and sports psychology.

The cost is $100 per boxer, and we will be relying on the participation and support of coaches to make this camp a success.
