Congratulations to Bianca Elmir on her Gold Medal at the recent Oceania Championships. Also, gold medals came back from the QLD Golden Gloves recently for Gavin Reid, Ayden Tait, Jorge Kapeen, Alex Cooper and Jack Pearce, with Aaron Scarcella bringing home silver.

The position of BAI Delegate will be filled by appointment at a coming meeting of the Board. Expressions of interest should be emailed to the Secretary asap.

President:	Michael Ninness	Mick is a former ACT/NSW champion and Commonwealth Games team member who works in IT.
Vice-President:	Rob Barron	Rob is an AUS R/J, and a former PCYC boxing coach.
Secretary & Registrar:	Julia Felton	Julia is a lawyer working for the Australian Government
Asst Secretary:	Melissa Felton	Melissa works for the Australian Government
Treasurer:	Tony Whelan	Tony is an RJ, and works as an IT professional
Board member:	Carl Ruhen	The immediate past president of Boxing ACT, Carl is an AIBA Referee/Judge who works as a police officer
Board member:	Rick Ninness	Rick is a former senior police officer and businessman.
Board member:	Garry Hamilton	Garry is a lawyer and boxing coach.
Referee/Judge Coordinator:	Warwick Warn	Warwick is a retired businessman and a highly experienced referee/judge.
Coaching Coordinator:	Don Abnett	Don is the National Talent Identification & Development (NTID) boxing coach at the Australian Institute of Sport.
