Boxing ACT was established in 1999 and became an affiliate of the national body (Boxing Australia Inc) in 2002. Boxing ACT has full responsibility for all amateur boxing matters in the Capital Territory, including the training and accreditation of amateur boxing coaches, judges and referees,  the registration of boxers, coaches and officials, and enforcement of strict safety standards in the sport.

We conduct regular local tournaments and an annual ACT Titles, send an ACT team to the Australian Championships each year, and send teams to major events such as the Arafura Games.

Our boxers have won gold medals at several Oceania Titles.

We are affiliated with Boxing Australia Inc., the ACT Olympic Committee, and ACTSPORT.
